Site fees are the primary cost associated with owning a static caravan. Additional expenses include electricity, gas, water, insurance and gas safety inspections. We would be happy to show you around make sure all costs are clearly outlined in your agreement and answer any questions you may have.

We operate a LONG OPEN SEASON from Good Friday or April 1st (whichever is sooner) through to January 15th.
Site fees also known as annual ground rent is extra to the price of all our new and pre-owned holiday homes. This fee includes: Swimming Pool, WiFi, Water, Sewerage, Drainage, Ground Maintenance, Waste Management and Rates

No, static caravans on holiday parks cannot serve as your main residence.
For permanent living, consider residential parks or having your own land for the caravan.

You can keep your static caravan on the pitch all year round, but you can only stay from Good Friday or April 1st (whichever is sooner) through to January 15th.

We cater for families with children, offering an indoor heated swimming poor and games room with pool and tennis.
There is no bar, bingo or club at Oxenleaze Farm, just natual open countryside.
